Do you ever wonder how the world’s CEOs got their start? We’ll let you in on a little secret. Our CEO started out in our very own Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and so can you.

The FLDP, one of The Cigna Group's premier rotation programs, is designed to take MBAs and CPAs and provide them with the knowledge, skills, and training needed to fill key leadership positions across the enterprise. While we provide you with time in the classroom and in various training sessions, we know you have the skills, experiences, and talent to develop meaningful solutions for our customers. That’s why we’ll empower you to manage projects and lead teams to push the organization further.

With the FLDP, there's no limit to the opportunities for you to learn and grow as a leader. How will you drive growth and improve lives?

“Cigna's FLDP is a flywheel for your career, opening opportunities that accelerate your professional development. Outside of The Cigna Group I probably wouldn’t have had the resume required for some of my rotations. But I’m fortunate to be in a program and company that invests in my growth.”
