If you’re looking for a challenging, ever-evolving career, you’ve come to the right place. Cigna Network Academy is designed to provide early-career professionals, like yourself, the skills necessary to assume a provider contracting role. Our training program gives you an in-depth understanding of what it takes to succeed in health care network development and provider contracting (ie. hospitals and physicians).
Throughout this multi-week program, participants experience a variety of environments, including a virtual classroom, in-person training, structured fieldwork, mentoring, and coaching. You will be working with local providers, otherwise known as physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other health care facilities, to ensure we provide the highest quality of health care at the lowest cost to our customers.
Upon completion of the program, Network Academy graduates will have the necessary tools to navigate the versatility of the health care industry, understand the complexities of the provider landscape, and experience a fulfilling career as a provider contractor all while supporting your respective market.
