Are you looking for an organization that invests in your development? Are you ready to leverage your academic knowledge in a role that has a direct impact to the business? Can you see yourself partnering side by side with providers to improve the quality, value, and experience of care for patients? If so, the Provider Engagement Development Program (PEDP) could be a perfect fit.
In this program, our associate representatives experience full-time development including, self-study, group, and on-the-job learning from senior leadership and industry experts while serving as a Provider Engagement Representative.
Want to know the best part? At the end of the first year, successful program graduates are aligned to a Provider Engagement role within one of our CareAllies markets.
