If so, the Provider Engagement Administrative Residency Program could be a perfect fit.

In this program, our residents experience full-time development including, self-study, group, and on-the-job learning from senior leadership and industry experts while serving as a Provider Engagement Representative.

Want to know the best part? At the end of the first year, successful program graduates are aligned to a Provider Engagement role within one of our CareAllies markets. Once aligned, they will continue to have support from their mentor as well as transition into a leadership role as an alumni within the program as we start to recruit, hire and onboard the following years cohort.

Examples of projects while in the program:

As a Provider Engagement Administrative Resident, you’ll work directly with our provider groups to influence behavior change by offering real-time performance feedback for value-based contracts and recommending opportunities for quality improvement. Examples of projects could include:

  • Building a community of high-performing, aligned providers
  • Creating trust and accountability across a community of providers
  • Providing timely and actionable data to improve care and lower costs
  • Producing better results with action plans, not just analytics
  • Collecting and report quality data to improve outcomes
  • Managing value-based contracts to enhance performance
  • Provider Engagement business support project(s)
