Recruiter Phone Interview
In most cases, it can take anywhere from one to three weeks to know if you’ve moved on to the interview stage after submitting your application. There are multiple factors that determine how long it takes for us to get back to you on next steps.

Hiring Manager & Team Interviews
This is your chance to meet the key decision makers for the role. Depending on the size and scope of the role, you may meet with one, two, or even five or more team members. We’re highly collaborative, fun, and want to ensure you are just as passionate about helping others as we are.

Offer - Congratulations!
You like us, we like you, and we think you might be just what we need at #TeamCigna. After you've accepted your offer, we will execute your background check, drug test, and nicotine test.
Next, your Hiring Manager or a member of their team will be in touch with you to coordinate the receipt of any equipment and other pre-day 1 activities.
We’re a company that believes in your health - so much so that we strive to support healthy habits. As an example, if you are offered a position and test positive for nicotine, although we won’t be able to initially complete the offer for employment, we encourage you to consult a medical provider to explore your options and resources for quitting. Once you’re tobacco-free, you may re-apply for jobs with Cigna in six months.
Beginning with job offers dated January 1, 2014, Cigna no longer hires - where state law permits - applicants who use tobacco products. This includes cigarettes, cigars and chewing or smokeless tobacco. Currently, these states are: AL, AK, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, KS, MD, MA, MI, NE, OH, PA, TX, UT, VT and WA.
