Undergraduate Leadership Development Programs
If you’ve recently graduated, or graduating soon, our Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) are for you. Think of this as your career fast-track. Our associates enjoy a rotational experience that not only gives them exposure to multiple areas and positions within our business, but also a path to advancement within the organization. Fun Fact: Our very own CEO David Cordani came from an LDP. How’s that for program success?
Undergraduates can join one of the following Leadership Development Programs below:
Actuarial Executive Development Program
This program helps develop its full-time members through challenging job rotations, actuarial exam support, and various leadership opportunities.
Associates will experience full-time development including, self-study, group, and on-the-job experiential learning from senior leadership and industry experts while serving as a Provider Engagement Representative in key markets across the US.
Risk & Underwriting Leadership Development Program
This is an extensive learning opportunity that guides your experience through the early stages of your Risk Management & Underwriting career. The program includes a mixture of instructor-led classroom training, self-study, and on-the-job experiences.
Cigna’s U.S. Commercial business segment offers an early career development program with two tracks: Sales Academy and Network Academy. Both deliver a strong foundation in one of our two major functions: health benefit sales and contracting with doctors and hospitals.
